Muse Haven Studios Pte Ltd, located at 80 Changi Road, Centropod, #03-18, Singapore 419715, herein referred to as “The Muse Haven” offers space hire, pole dance practice bookings, classes, workshops and related activities.

By participating in these activities, I, the participant who booked a session with The Muse Haven, am of legal age of 18 years old, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Legal Age. I acknowledge that I need to submit a parental consent letter to The Muse Haven if I am under 18 years old and participating in the above mentioned activities. 

Assumption of Risks. I am aware that participating in pole dance activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, falls, and accidents. I understand that these risks are an integral part of pole dancing and willingly accept them.

Health and Physical Condition. I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical or health conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in pole dance activities. If I have any concerns or doubts about my physical fitness, I have consulted with a medical professional before engaging in these activities.

Voluntary Participation. I confirm that my participation in pole dance activities is entirely voluntary and of my own choice. I understand that I am free to cease participation at any time if I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or believe that continuing may result in injury to myself or others.

Waiver and Release of Liability. I hereby, to the full extent permitted by law, waive all legal rights of action against and fully release The Muse Haven, its directors, employees, agents, representatives, and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in pole dance activities, regardless of the cause.

Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from all liability, including legal fees and expenses, incurred as a result of any claims or actions brought against them by third parties arising from my participation in pole dance activities.

Alcohol and Substance Use. I agree not to consume alcohol or any mind-altering substances before or during my participation in the abovementioned activities. I understand that impairment due to alcohol or substances can increase the risk of injury.

Consent. I have read this Waiver and Release Agreement, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms. I acknowledge that my participation in pole dance activities is entirely voluntary, and I have not been coerced or forced to participate.

Governing Law. This Waiver and Release agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
